| What do I wear during a BodyTalk session? |
|
Although
there is no specific dress required for a session, it is important that you are comfortable. Wear loose fitting
cotton (or any other natural material) clothing if possible, remove jewelry, belt buckles and other electronic
devices from your body. Our treatment rooms are completely private so you may bring a change of clothing if necessary.

What do I need to do during a BodyTalk Session?
|
|
During
a session, we just ask that you relax into the comfortable massage tables and breathe. While the practitioner
is going through the protocol we ask that you remain quiet so that the practitioner can concentrate on going through
the protocol. You may need to hold certain organs or bodyparts that correspond to your session. The practitioner
will also need to hold certain organs, mainly tapping on your head and heart area. The tapping is to store the
changes in the brain, so the brain can fix the problems. The tapping on the heart is to store the changes and
circulate them to the rest of the body. Essentially you want the body to work as a well communicating team, with
all of it's players working together!

What can I expect during a BodyTalk session?

Frequently
clients convey that they feel a sense of serenity and relaxation. There is also a noticeable decrease in stress
levels, and some alleviation of symptoms immediately following a session. The more BodyTalk sessions you have,
the more you will notice the improvements in your overall health and well-being.

What is BodyTalk able to address?
|

This is
a frequently asked question, and an easy one to answer! The BodyTalk System can address anything! BodyTalk works
with your body on a completely individual basis. You may have a number of conditions or ailements or you may just
lead a stressful life. There is no symptom, disease or issue that BodyTalk is not able to address. Practitioners
are trained to allow your body to direct the session to highlight what you need to be identified so that your body
balances and reconnects itself. It truly is your body that is doing the healing, the practitioner is merely highlighting
the issues that need to be addressed.
This will help you to reconnect to your true natural state. You will feel more calmness in your life, less tension
and drama, you will feel more energized and healthy.

Do I need to fill out any paper work prior to my session?
|
|
Before
your first appointment, you will need to fill out a detailed confidential medical history form. This allows indicates
to us what you are wanting to address and explore during the treatment. There is nothing that BodyTalk can not
address.

How will I know if BodyTalk is working for me?
|
|
For most
clients, BodyTalk demonstrates it's effectiveness in the first session. You will initially notice a sense of calmness,
some people experience immediate pain relief, while others notice they are not as reactive to their outside environment.
This system is so subtle that sometimes it will be a loved one or your practitioner that has to point out your

You should also know that BodyTalk session continues to work after the session ends as well. You do not need to
do anything for this to occur, this is partly why we tap on the heart, to continue to circulate the information
over and over again within your body.

What is the benefit to receiving regular BodyTalk sessions?
|

BodyTalk
is used as preventative healthcare as well. It is proven in mainstream science, that day to day life stressors
are what compromise our body and our mind. With the BodyTalk System, many people find that their general life
improves greatly by maintaining their sessions on a regular basis. We take our vehicles to have maintenance every
few thousand kilometers to make sure they continue working for us, why not apply this concept to our bodies!
